General Information
Less than Minimum: Less than minimum is not an option on these products. If there is an allowance for less than minimum on certain products there will be a $50 min. up-charge. Please check with your sales Representative.

Imprint Position: Technical restrictions prevent the exact centering of some artwork on the sides of our bottles. It should be understood that some artwork will not appear as centered as others.

Registration of 2, 3 & 4 Color Designs: In multicolor designs where it becomes necessary to register one color next to another, there is the possibility of misregistration amounting to approximately 1/16", depending on the size and shape of the ware being decorated. This tolerance meets industry standards and must be considered acceptable.

Packaging: Orders not in full case increments will be adjusted to the nearest full case lot without clarification. No Broken boxes.

PMS Matches: $30 per color on all orders - reorders included. PMS colors are not exact. Add 2 days to production time PMS colors.

Shipping Locations: All water bottles/sport bottles are shipped from our factory in San Antonio, TX only and will be charged accordingly.
