INFORMATION - PLATE
CHARGE/SET UP CHARGE
On first time orders there is a Plate/Set Up
charge for each color printed.
The plate charge
is $2.05 per square inch and is based on the size of the printed
artwork.
Use the chart below to help determine the plate charge. If the size
of your artwork is in a dark gray box the plate charge will be the
minimum of $35.00 per color.
Please note the maximum imprint area for this recycled bag is 6" x
3".
The minimum one time $35.00 plate charge will be added to the purchase price when
you purchase online. The actual plate charge will be assessed after we confirm the actual size of
the art to be printed. The correct plate charge will then be noted
on your invoice. |

Ordering Information:
- The minimum
order is 250 for 8" x 10.5" custom printed recycled bags.
- On first time
orders, there is a minimum plate charge of $35.00 per printed color.
- Any art charges
will be added to the invoice after we receive your order and
determine if any art is provided, or if we need to create the art
for you. Any art charges depend on what we are given for
artwork and what we need to do to make it print ready.
We charge $50.00 per hour for artwork.

providing art, it can be mailed or emailed.
Email art to: info@buypromoitems.com - If not specified,
imprint is centered within the printable area of the bag which
is not the exact center of the bag.
- There must be a
1/2" space between colors on 2 color jobs. 2 color printing
is not available on Item 19710 (7" x 10.5").
- Pantone color
mixes are available on white bags only. Pantone color
mixes are $70.00 per color mixed.
- Shipped
500 per box.
- Use the secure
order form above to send us your order.
- An invoice will
be made after your order is submitted. Any additional charges
for artwork, etc., will be added to the invoice at this time. The
invoice will
be faxed to you for final approval. If you don't provide a fax
number we will email you with your total cost.
