American Imprints, Inc., Inc. is a world wide promotional item fulfillment company. We are a web driven company with a growing list of promotional product websites. Our many customers range from small clubs to school shirts & uniforms, from logo gear for small firms to corporate incentives for Fortune 500 companies. Our company is looking for enthusiastic team players to work our new and existing accounts worldwide.

Customer Service Reps. are responsible for email and phone orders from start to completion. Many of our customers order through the email with little or no verbal contact. While others will phone in orders and an intelligent and outgoing personality is essential.

Customers can browse our online catalog and order thousands of different promotional items. A  CSR then takes that order and processes it through our system by writing a invoice and then following through with art approval and obtaining the customer approval and payment. After that the CSR creates Purchase Orders to our various vendors, and follows the order to completion and delivery to customer.

We are open Monday-Friday, 8:30am  to 5:00pm. We are looking for a customer service rep for a full time position that can handle email and phone order. Must be fast paced with strong organizational skills and computer literate. On top of all that we are looking for cheerful, enthusiastic, life loving people that give 100% on everything they do.

Starting salary is $10-$12 depending on experience. We are open to training. Other opportunities and incentives for making more $$$ are available to self motivated persons.
